1. You are entering into the DreamChat Community System at your own risk and have reviewed the Rules of Conduct and have also reviewed our Privacy Policy.
2. All Membership Sales are Final. Once you Register your User Name, it is permanently reserved for a 1-Year period and it cannot be changed. You will have the option of renewing before your membership period has expired. You will NOT be automatically charged for your membership renewal.You Must Renew Before Your Expiration Date Or Your Membership Will Expire.
3. Upon Membership activation, you will have access to extended chat privileges throughout the DreamChat system such as a personalized avatar and administrator abilities as well as access to the DreamChat Community system. Any abuse of these privileges will not be tolerated and could cause termination of membership. All members under 18 years old MUST HAVE PERMISSION from their parent(s) or legal guardian to use DreamChat.
4. The DreamChat system is provided by Digital Dreams, Inc. The owners are not responsible for activities or conversations by participating members or guests. DreamChat maintains full logs of all chat activities and constantly monitors for hackers and system abusers. If you have a problem with a particular guest or member or have any other DreamChat related difficulties, please contact the DreamChat WebMaster immediately.
