USERS WHO VIOLATE THE TERMS OF THE RULES MAY PERMANENTLY BE BANNED FROM USING DREAMCHAT. ENTERING A CHAT ROOM WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE RULES.

DreamChat provides "hosted"chat room services to users of the Internet, aka the "World Wide Web". We respect each chat room owner's privacy and their right to choose the topic and language content for their own chat room. We do not assume any responsibility for the topic of discussion in any chat room, the behavior of any individual in a room, or the actual conversation in a room. By entering DreamChat, all users agree to absolve DreamChat of any financial, legal or moral issues arising from the use of DreamChat chat rooms.

The following rules apply for DreamChat:

1. DreamChat.com consists of a "nexus" of individually owned chat rooms using the DreamChat chat system. Any use of language considered "obscene" is at the sole discretion of each room owner. However, harassment of any DreamChat member or guest will not be tolerated. DreamChat also provides public rooms for users that may be censored or uncensored, depending on the topic.
2. Pornographic and obscene public images are NOT permitted as well as offensive and indecent handles or public conversations.
3. DreamChat is intended for ages 13 years or older (if a user is under 13, we require parental supervision).
4. DreamChat is not responsible for the content of any member's chat rooms or personal homepages. We reserve the right to remove any chat rooms that are in violation of the Rules of Conduct. Any chat conversation that exploits a minor in any way are strickly forbidden. The use of DreamChat chat rooms for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden and the chat room will be removed without notice. All DreamChat members will be held legally responsible for the contents of their chat rooms and personal homepages for, but not limited to use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author.
5. Any abuse of the DreamChat system will NOT BE TOLERATED including hacking attempts, flooding, etc. Impersonation of others, including a DreamChat employee, DreamChat representative, a DreamChat host, or another DreamChat member is forbidden. Handles that impersonate will be deleted.
6. You acknowledge that DreamChat is acting as a passive conduit and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any content or activities in a chat room. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, DreamChat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use DreamChat.
7. DreamChat reserves right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in DreamChat's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies DreamChat has in place at the time.
8. DreamChat has the right to disclose the contents of your private communications if required to do so by law or in DreamChat's good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process served on DreamChat; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of DreamChat.
9.You expressly agree that use of DreamChat is at your own risk. DreamChat makes no warranty that DreamChat will meet your requirements, or that DreamChat will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through DreamChat. We are not responsible for any problems experienced due to mis-configured rooms or web sites.
10. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of DreamChat is done at your own discretion and risk.
