Chat Room Name: Enter the name of your chat room here.

Discussion Board: Enter the name of your discussion board here.

The Room Topic: Choose a topic category for your chat room.

Chat Nexus Mode: DreamChat has a Chat Nexus, which is a live-listing of all other active chat rooms for members and guests to choose from.

All Lite (free) rooms are a part of the Chat Nexus. When someone enters a Lite chat room, it will appear on the Chat Nexus allowing other people to enter into the room either directly from the Nexus or from the Change Rooms option in each room. Only active rooms appear on the Nexus.

Full version room owners have the option of "Private Entry Only", in which chatters must enter the chat room through your own web site. You may Change Rooms into the main chat nexus, but no one will be able to enter into your chat room unless they are logging in directly from your web site.

Message Base Modes:

DreamChat full version offers 3 different message base modes:
Private, Shared or Sealed.

Private: This option makes your chat room a private chat area dedicated to your topics and subject to your rules.

Shared: If you select the Shared option, your room will actually be another extension of a larger chat room, such as The Lobby or The Lounge. When this option is selected, you will be given a list of rooms that you may choose from to share your message base with. This feature gives you the option of always having people in your chat room.

Sealed: This option disables the "Change Rooms" function in your chat room's Option Menu. This disallows your users to change into another chat room on the DreamChat Nexus. Your room will become completely private once this option is activated.
