Skinset Selection: Select or Customize the User Interface.

Select a Different SkinSet from the Gallery*: DreamChat offers a variety of skinset selections. Click on this option to browse through our skinset gallery and choose the skinset for your room. You may click on any of the resolution buttons below the thumbnail to see an actual screenshot of the skinset in use at the selected resolution. When you are done, click the Ok button to return to the main menu.

Upload Custom Room Logos to your SkinSet*: This option allows a room owner to upload a custom logo to their chat room. Once uploaded, your logo will replace the default DreamChat logo.

IMPORTANT: DreamChat accommodates 3 main screen resolution modes (low-res:640x480; med-res:800x600; and high-res:1024x768). A logo for each resolution is required for full compatibility. This means that you must upload 3 different versions of your logo for each resolution. Template files along with dimension requirements (in green) are provided that match your frameset.

Logo Template Viewer: You may retrieve the template logos by selecting the resolution you want and then click on "Continue". You may download these template files and place your logo over them, or simply create new files with the same dimensions.

Room Logo Upload Menu: You may upload your room logo by selecting the resolution you want and then click on "Continue". Logos must be in .GIF or .JPG format, non-transparent, and no larger than 300k in size.

Once your logo is uploaded, an OK will appear by each resolution mode.

Upload your own Custom SkinSet (Temporarily Inactive): This option allows a room owner to upload a custom skinset to their chat room.

*Custom room logos and skinsets are only visible to users who are using MS Internet Explorer as their web browser (PC version only).
