User List / Ban List

Now room owners can see how their RA's behave. The User Ban List now tells room owners who has kicked or banned users from their room. The user list has also been upgraded for better formatting and mouse-over help blurbs. |

When a user is kicked or banned they will now receive a message telling them who did it and what type of room they have been banned from. |
New "Info-Login"

This feature is available to Full Version rooms only. The new "Info-Login" Boxes report the number of users that are currently in your room, or if your room is empty - the number of users in the system. We have also added some advanced options for integrating user counts into your web-page. Check out the Code Generator in your chat room to see it work. |
Filtering System

Some words you may not want used in your chat room can also be parts of other "acceptable" words... In order to better cope with this, a new option has been added to the filtered words list. If you place a ! before any word in the list, it will only be checked for implicit use, and derrivations will not be checked. For example, "word" would block "word", "w o r d", "w_o_r_d", etc. Using "!word" instead would only check for "word" and ignore "wo rd", "w o r d", "w_o_r_d" and the like. |
Another New Skin &

Yet another skin was added today... Jungle. This was a highly requested skin and we may do a few variations in the future. We have also released the "Skins Development Kit" for those of you who are good with graphics. The kit includes PhotoShop (or Paint Shop Pro) template files, config file examples, etc. The kit is available from the Skins Site (link at the bottom of the page). Private Room &
Nexus Modifications

Today some changes wer done to the Chat Nexus and the Private/Sealed room configurations. Private and Sealed rooms do not receive Inter-Room Messages or Invitations, so we have also deactivated the buttons for those functions in these rooms.
We have also upgraded the Chat Nexus to allow you to return to the room you logged in to, even if the room is Private or empty. This allows users of Private rooms to return to their home room without having to log in again. |
Member's Only Rooms

Now room owners may select from Public, Private, Sealed, or Members-Only rooms. Obviously, guests are not allowed in these rooms. |
Inter-Room Messages

DreamChat members may now send messages in-between rooms and attach messages to invitations. Along with the new invite system, we added an "In-Line Ignore" so that you can ignore users who are not in the same room as you are. Just click on the "Invite" button to try it out! |
