Voice Chat!!!

Today we installed a new Voice Chat module to replace the old "DreamChat Radio". The Dial, provider of our radio service, was purchased by LoudEye and we will not be resigning with them. In its place we have added a member's only Voice Chat system. All public and full version chat rooms now have their own private channel on our dedicated Voice Base-Station server. |
PreSet ChatLibs

Today we added two new ChatLibs commands (members only), chatlibs:random and chatlibs:menu. We have a number of pre-defined selections that will be growing shortly. |
Renewal Mods

Two new payment options were added to the User Renewal system today, Web 900 and Payment Vouchers. You may now use any valid voucher or gift certificate to renew your membership. |
Dice Rolling

DreamChat now supports graphical dice rolling in chat for multi-user games. Instructions may be found under "Text Commands" in the help system. Valid dice types are d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, and d20. |
Discussion Boards

The discussion boards now automatically maximize to full screen when launched from the community, or from chat. We have also changed the navigation slightly in the discussion boards to keep everything consistant, thanks go out to those users who pointed this out. |
Flood Control

Since so many idiots seem to like to flood chat rooms, we have added some flood controls to DreamChat. Emoticons are limited to six per message, and long repetative run-ons are now blocked (like an ARRRRGH with 30 R's). In addition to this, multiple posting submit clicks are now supressed. |
Away Mode

By popular demand, we have added an "Away From Keyboard" mode. Just type afk and you will be set to "Away" status. The next time you type something, the away status will be removed. |
Shake & Misc. Stuff

The new RA "Shake" actually shakes the user's screen rapidly for 5 seconds. This is a great way of getting a rude user's attention!
Emoticons support has been added to the discussion boards, and new help sections are now online for emoticons and ChatLibs (Click '?' in Chat!). |

DreamChat now translates many standard "Emoticons" into graphics. Give it a try, supported emotions are:
