We ACTIVELY monitor traffic for fraud. If we detect fraud, we will make your account inactive pending investigation.

Joining our affiliate program constitutes an agreement between Digital Dreams, Inc. (DreamChat) and the applicant. Payment to affiliate generated varies per registered subscriber to the programs we offer. Commissions are only valid for online automated sales using a credit card or Web900 service (mail-in and PayPal payments do not generate a commission). Checks are sent via mail. Checks are issued every month on the 30th day for all commissions earned to date. Totals must exceed $15.00, otherwise payment will not be made until the $15.00 minimum is reached.

Affiliate may use graphics and/or text to link to our chat product signup pages. DreamChat provides and extensive variety of code-generated graphic links for convenience. DreamChat also allows for Webmasters to create their own DreamChat ads (banners, buttons, login boxes etc.); however, Webmasters are responsible for coding their own graphic links to include their unique affiliate identification code in order to be credited for any sales generated. Affiliates will not mislead people to make it seem that they are signing up for an offer that is offered by the affiliate's site.

Affiliate WILL NOT spam or send unsolicited email mentioning or promoting the affiliate programs. Any violation of this will result in affiliate being liable for damages and other damages as deemed by a court of law.

Digital Dreams, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate's contract with proper reason. Termination notice will be provided via e-mail and will be effectively immediately. All legitimate moneys due to Affiliate will be paid during the next billing cycle. If affiliate frauds the system then payment is revoked, as determined soley by Digital Dreams, Inc.

Affiliate guarantees that all content, products, and services on affiliate's website are legal to distribute and that affiliate owns or has the legal right to use any and all copyrighted material.

Affiliate irrevocably covenants, promises and agrees to indemnify Digital Dreams, Inc. and to hold Digital Dreams, Inc. harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for copyright, slander, libel, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from member's web pages.

If any Affiliate violates or refuses to partake in their responsibilities, or commits fraudulent activity against us, Digital Dreams, Inc. reserves the right to withhold payment and take appropriate legal action to cover its damages.

Digital Dreams, Inc. reserves the right to change any conditions of this contract at any time. Affiliates are responsible for complying with any changes to the Contract within 10 business days from the date of change. Change notices are sent to affiliates by email, affiliates have 10 days to comply with new terms.

Digital Dreams, Inc. gives no warranty, express or implied, for any and all services and products provided, including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty statement expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by Digital Dreams, Inc. or its upstream providers.

You agree to settle any dispute under this agreement under the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
